The staff very nice. Good to talk to and very helpful and friendly. Beautiful relaxing resort. Only 1 minute drive off main road, however it feels like a little patch of paradise with a wonderful veiw. Also thanks to the staff who prepared a tasty little breaky to go when we did a day trip and left nordtropic at 5.30am. Also the food menu is very nice and restaurant feels classy and styleish. I wish i had a collared shirt.

"Very family and elderly friendly however bed had termites or some kind of pest that were falling on my mom. So much so a room switch had to happen."

"Mu breakfast foods was amazing. The Filipino food was served and tasted great. The staff were accommodating and kind. The room is clean and the style is really antique, its old. An improvement on the amenities needed to be upgraded to suit the modern style ambiance. I rated my stay low due to amenities. ..."
